I've always been a "cold sleeper".

Air conditioning, or at the least a ceiling or oscillating fan.

Cold pillow a must.

And if the open side of the pillow case is near my face, that's a major no-no.

And the tag of the pillow must be facing the stitched part of the pillow case. Never the open part.

God forbid we cut off the tag. You know if we did the FBI would kick down our doors.

In Hawaii sleeping was hard. The humidity kills you. It tries to. It plots your moist demise. But I survived.

And after living in the cold confines of Bend, Oregon, I can't sleep unless there are icicles on the wall, now.

Stephanies been a good sport. She lets me keep the place cold.

Sometimes I put water on my face and in my hair, thinking it will make me sleep better. It only works half the time. It may be psychological.

I find the thing that makes me sleep the best is.....being really tired when I finally hit the hay. Go figure. Exhaustion makes for beautiful sleep. I need a job so I can exhaust myself more.
