2002-10-29 | BARRY, BARRY

I got this english magazine called "Q" because it had a big story on Nirvana.

(just when i thought i was out, they pulled me back in)

I love english magazines.

But i hate them, too.

Now i have like 100 new bands that don't get coverage in america that i want albums from.

Damn you, British Isles!!

It's fun reading their magazines. Foreign magazines have great pictures and colors, and trashy articles, and more record reviews, etc. It's just wonderful.

ON ANOTHER NOTE i just saw a diary where somebody listed DAVE BARRY as a favorite author, and said "he's a columnist for the Miami Herald" or something like that, and I'm thinking, isn't he better known as a guy who had a television series made about his life? (DAVE'S WORLD, a former CBS sitcom) I never saw the show, but i think it was on for a few years. And he's a pretty famous author otherwise. He has a bunch of books, and they put his columns in magazines and newspapers all over the country. Maybe he's not that well known in Canada. That's where she's from.

Damnit. I'm rambling about nothing again.

Anyway, Dave Barry still needs a haircut.

And he's not as funny as TODD BARRY!!
