Dinner was great last night.

Jimmy Fallon came over and brought a great ice cream cake for dessert. We had to tell him to "tone it down a little" again. He's always playing the "neurotic card" a little too much.

Billy Bob Thornton stopped by just to say hi. I gave him back the tape he let me borrow of behind the scenes stuff from Slingblade. Scenes that ended up on the cutting room floor, etc. My wife is still a little weirded out by him, but she has a kind of new found respect for him after watching him in action. He's an excellent director.

Stephanie and I tried to cook something neat. I hope it came out okay. We've been trying alot of recipes from Emeril live. We've got to have him come by one night and cook something for everybody. Have a feast. Eat way too much. Vow to never eat that much again. Of course we'll be lying.

Chris Parnell was at dinner also. One of the most underrated SNL cast members of recent memory in my opinion.

Vince Vaughn- a cut up as always

Jon Favreau- trying to get him to get Dinner for Five put on DVD. it's a beautiful show. Trying to get him to have me on an episode.

Steve Buscemi- still in awe of this man. Can't believe I get to call him a friend.

Conan O'Brien- the mentor. Still lobbying to be his sidekick. No matter how famous I get, I will always want to be his sidekick. He'll be hosting his 4th Emmy's tomorrow night. I'll be there presenting the award for best supporting actor in a drama series.

Stephanie and I are having a sort of renewing of vows next week. I'm still trying to get the Flaming Lips to come by and play a few tunes.

Chokebore will most likely be there. They'll be back from Paris on Thursday. I told Troy to bring me back some cheesy shirts that say french stuff on them.

My agent told me that he might be able to get me an audition for the upcoming Sopranos movie. I'd be honored. If only Big Pussy were still alive.

I'm so lucky. Even if I never get any work again, I've already had so many good things happen, I can't really ask for much more. I just wish I could've worked with Andy Kaufman, Chris Farley, Kurt Cobain, Brad Nowell, Jeff Buckley and numerous other legends who died too soon.

Ryan and I are going back into the studio soon to start my bands next album. The Pinky Swears second album should be out by early next year.

Ryan and I are starting our Dead Milkmen tribute band soon, too. He has a couple of gigs set up, I believe.
