Don't "turn it up a notch", or "kick it up another notch", or anything like that.

The only person who can still do it is Emeril. Because he was saying it all the time before it was popular. And he says it in a cooler way. He has timing. Right before the commercial he says "After the break............ ANOTHER NOTCH!!"
