i had a message to deliver

but i couldn't find a river

or a bottle big enough to fit all the words inside

plus the mail man was late again

i guess i'll have to walk down to the post office myself

i see so many people on the way

and of course i try to avoid them

at any cost

i'm very lost, and my letter gathers moss, as i procrastinate, and hesitate

and stall my date with destiny

little by little, some words get wet and fizzle

and some dry up with the crazy heat

and the rest are content playing second fiddle

(unfinished. i had all these thoughts in my head, to write down when i got in here, but people wanted to talk to me, which was a good thing, but i forgot all the cool stuff i was going to write. and now i'm going to call my girlfriend. because i love her. so i'll just end it here. because it's not as good as it was supposed to be anyway. love, jon)
