I have a couple new people who have contributed lists to my book.

Freestyle who used to be in the Arsonists, and who has a solo album out now, was nice enough to send me a list of numerous, wide-ranging favorite things.

Jacob of Converge sent me a very short, but lovely message about who and what influences and inspires him and the band.

Other recent people I have contacted who are interested, and I am awaiting a list from are Gerard from Devo, Ken Stringfellow, Chris from the Locust, George of Restiform Bodies, and management for Los Fabulosos Cadillacs.

Below is a little thing I wrote at work one evening:

every single fiber of me is expanding into a masterpiece
that can only be seen by half of me
and after the explosion you can help me find the rest of me
the recipe for hate is free
we need to capture it and see
if we can write the remedy
instead of me trying to solve everything
why don't you people blend with me?
and see if we can find the fiends who try and steal the best of me
