At my last job, they would always "randomly" drug test the most suspicious guys at work, because they were clearly on drugs nearly all the time.

But everytime one of them would come back positive they would just tell them to get off the drugs and let them keep their jobs, and give them second, third, fourth and more chances.

That's like telling a fat man to go on a diet then giving him a year supply of free pizza the next day.

Most of the guys who were on drugs at my last job (yes there were more than a couple) were hooked on Crystal Meth. I could see why they were given chances. It's not like they were on something really bad like....Marijuana. The so-called gateway drug is much more harmful then what I would like to call the "end of the road" drug.

I've seen people that used Crsyal Meth change overnight from good people into scum.

People on marijuana change too. Mostly channels. But they couldn't change a tire to save their lives.

Just to clear things up for people who don't understand sarcasm:

Crystal Meth=bad. Marijuana=okay.
