I was looking for a job, and then I found a job.......

I got a job doing room service at the same resort that Stephanie works at.

Should be interesting.

I'm nervous, as I always am when starting a new job, but I'm sure it will be fine.

In a few weeks time, the last of the butterflies shall be departing my abdomen.

At first I'll just be taking orders for room service, and dealing with the top percentile of annoying people in the universe, but hopefully after awhile I'll be doing more actual delivery of the room service, therefore collecting more tips.

Tomorrow will be the always delightful all-day orientation.

I'm sure I will learn nothing that I don't already know, but at least I'm getting paid for it.

By Saturday I should be starting the actual job.

I'll be training, and meeting new people, and annoying the veterans with my ignorance in their department, but after a few weeks my charm will take over, and they will all be putty in my hands.

At least I hope that's what will happen.

Wish me luck, and pray my nervous anticipation away.
