forgive me for the lame pun on the title of this entry. if you like it, great!!

if any of y'all like FAITH NO MORE, or that kind of music in general, and you find a used copy of KING FOR A DAY, FOOL FOR A LIFETIME somewhere, pick it up immediately. It's an extremely underrated album.

"It's always funny until someone gets hurt, and then it's just hilarious."

So, sorry to dissapoint all the cool indie kids out there, but I heard that new Puddle of Mudd single the other day, (the first single was herrendous (sp?)) for the first time since i've come back from Vegas, and the lyrics really hit me, and I almost cried. I'm pretty sure the song is called "blurry". As much as I'm not a big fan of them, and wanted to hate them for their "Durst-affiliation", the lyrics just totally related to me and Stephanie, except for the angry parts. It was a very surprising second single for a band that I had completely written off. The song actually has some substance, like it or not.

"I wonder what you're doing, I wonder where you are...There's an ocean in between us, but that's not very far"

Spin ALMOST hit the nail on the head when they called LINKIN PARK "everyones dirty little secret". I'm not going to be buying their album anytime soon, but I don't mind the songs when they come on the radio, and kind of like that one where he's talking about trying so hard, and stuff like that. It's a pretty decent tune.
