(SORRY IF I DIDN'T TYPE THIS EXPLANATION WELL. I WROTE IT AT LIKE 7 IN THE MORNING WHEN I WAS HALF ASLEEP. I SAW IT ON THE TODAY SHOW, AND MAILED IT TO MYSELF)

a man in texas is due to be released from prison in less then 4 years. he is suspected in over 90 murders. the reason he is being released so early is because he made a PLEA BARGAIN! he showed them 13 gravesites of people that he murdered. HELOOOOO!!!! he was arrested for burglary with intent to murder. In exchange for him showing them the 13 dead bodies, they tried him only on burglary, and he got the maximum sentence of 60 years. But of course, he will only end up spending 24 years in jail, unless they come up with some new evidence that implicates him in the other murders he is suspected of commiting. He says when he is released from prison he will kill again. He kills women that he says have "evil in their eyes". They look at him a certain way, and he decides they need to die. They think this guy may be the worst serial killer in history, but he doesn't leave much behind as far as evidence. forget the 13 people they already KNOW HE KILLED!! what the fuck is wrong with the "system"?
